No Excuse For Abuse CIC is a Community Interest Company, located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Hillingdon, Middlesex serving the West London and the South East of England. Our primary focus is to support individuals who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse and to help facilitate them in their recovery.
To provide direct help and support to anyone over the age of 16 who has experienced or witnessed, domestic or sexual abuse.
To educate and raise awareness and transform attitudes towards domestic and sexual abuse.
To facilitate the necessary mental and behavioural changes required to empower survivors to move forward and lead safer and more independent lives free from the cycle of abuse.
To improve the mental health and wellbeing of survivors who have suffered or witnessed abuse.

A confidential service offering you a safe space to reflect and explore your experience. Our counsellors will listen to you and help process some of the anxiety, depression, triggers, symptoms of PTSD and CPTSD you may be experiencing as a result. The sessions are your space to receive some emotional support from your counsellor to make sense of wherever you maybe in this part of your journey.
Pre-trial therapy is offered to survivors or witnesses while the criminal justice process is on-going and a trial may be possible. From the point when you report what happened to the police to the time when all court proceedings are complete this type of therapy can be offered.
A 10 – 12 week group therapy with a simple format with a group sharing and discussing areas of struggles and exploring what helps and areas to focus on.
A 10-week programme that increases self-awareness and self-care through learning activities and focused self-reflection.
The Freedom Programme examines the roles played by attitudes and beliefs on the actions of abusers and the responses of survivors. The aim is to help service users make sense of and understand what has happened to them, instead of the whole experience just feeling out of control. The Freedom Programme also describes in detail how children are affected by being exposed to abuse and very importantly how their lives are improved when the abuse is removed. The Freedom Programme is a domestic violence programme created by Pat Craven who holds the copyright (all rights reserved) and evolved from her work with perpetrators of domestic violence.
A 12-week Freedom + NEFA programme to raise awareness of domestic abuse, its impact and to encourage changes in behaviour. We also deliver a 24-week RESPECT + NEFA Awareness programme, aiming to keep survivors safe and hold perpetrators accountable whilst offering them significant opportunities to change.
An 8-week integrative coaching and mentoring programme. "This is the beginning of your path toward achieving achievement and mastery of yourself." Once you have processed your abuse experience and are ready to consider your next steps, coaching will allow you to explore options and choices while providing you with support and empowerment. Integrative coaching is geared toward assisting clients in achieving inner tranquillity, a life that is balanced, that is successful and meaningful, and the mental and emotional freedom to enjoy all of these things.
